PUMP MEET

Whether you are preparing to return to work or just thinking about expressing your breastmilk for an occasional bottle, this class will help you get started. Topics covered include establishing and maintaining an abundant milk supply, introducing a bottle, breastpump options and accessories, tips and techniques for milk expression, safe storage of breastmilk, and combining working and nursing. We will also educate you on the breastfeeding laws for the CT and bordering states.

Come network with other Moms that have similar circumstances and challenges. You can meet once or every month if you wish!

This class is taught by a Certified Lactation Counselor who is also personally a "seasoned" pumper! You may take this class either before or after the birth of your baby, and babies are welcome to attend.
